As our new Senior HR Director you’ll get to:
Build and develop a customer-centric HR team that delivers HR priorities and creates value for the organization.
Coach and develop the HR and leadership teams around people leadership, talent development and employee engagement
Maintain an active connection with management and workforce that is engaging and effective.
Create and foster a winning culture that values and rewards performance, accountability, ethics and people.
Develop and manage effective processes for compensation, benefits and wellness programs that drive business objectives.
Coach leaders on delivering effective and impactful employee relations-based conversations and documentation of those conversations.
Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Conduct investigations when employee complaints or concerns are received and report results to the CEO when necessary.
Train managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system of the company.
Partner with managers on the performance improvement process with non-performing employees.
Design and manage the company’s organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
Identify the organization's culture so that it supports meeting the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.
Keep the CEO and the executive team informed of significant problems that jeopardize the achievement of company goals, and those that are not being addressed adequately at the line management level.
Make recommendations in benefits offered, especially new benefits aimed at employee satisfaction and retention.
Establish the company wage and salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
Leads competitive market research to establish pay practices and pay bands that help to recruit and retain staff.
Monitor all pay practices and systems for effectiveness and cost containment.
Conduct and present at least one salary survey per year.

You could be the right fit for our Senior HR Director role if you’ve got…
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters or law degree highly preferred
At least ten years of human resource management experience required, with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience highly preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred
A solid track record of influencing senior business leaders while demonstrating excellent decision quality
Hands on experience supporting the HR needs of growing and transitional organizations
Strong interpersonal communications skills, including influencing and the ability to encourage innovation
Proficient public speaker and expert at messaging to audiences of all sizes
Willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams as both a lead and a supporting team member
Strong proven leadership skills and experience
Ability to coordinate multiple group efforts within the company to achieve objectives.
Ability to identify processes needing improvement, and to recommend improvements.
