DDI Software: Enter Tracking Information on Sales Order, Receiving Inventory for Drop-Shipments, Processing Payment for Orders, Send invoices and receipts to customer
Reports: Commercial Open Order Reports, Shipping Error Reports,
Quoting Assistance for CAMs
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations
Send promotional GrowGeneration emails to Commercial Customers
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing tasks given for the greater good
Moderate level of experience using MS Excel
Work experience using MS office tools (Outlook, Word, Share Point, Skype)
Work experience using QuickBooks POS
