The Company’s brand finance group serves as the critical support partner for business driving departments (e.g. Sales, Ecommerce, Innovation, R&D, Marketing). The team is responsible for the development and/or analysis of all strategic, financial and operational aspects of the Company’s brands and business worldwide. The Brand Finance Senior Analyst or Manager will serve as a key member of the corporate finance team at headquarters in Boulder, Colorado. The primary responsibility is to support the Senior Director of Finance in providing senior management and executives with the analysis and information they need to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage, lead, & participate in volume forecasting, brand planning, innovation business cases, and special projects to support strategic initiatives
Build relationships and support cross functional teams; identify and help manage key business drivers
Manage buildout and reporting of profit and loss statements by segments and products
Perform profitability analysis on products, segments, and customers to optimize business results
Ability to perform price, mix, and variance analysis
Improve company financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending action to management
Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to support decision making
Assist in developing finance and business presentations; related supporting materials
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

5+ years in a corporate accounting or finance role

Experience with budgetary and/or accounting software and tools
Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, preferred
Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Job Environment and Conditions:
Working conditions are indoors in environmentally controlled conditions. Must be available to report to Boulder, CO office.
