We are looking for an outstanding Warehouse Manager who wants to leave a tangible legacy:
A hands-on leader who can work quickly and effectively to solve problems that arise and gets ahead of future issues by being proactive
A proactive leader able to assess current status of Rubicon’s warehousing practices, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, cooperate with the Inventory Team to ensure 100% inventory accuracy
Warehouse Management & Order Entry/Execution experience
Promotes health & safety throughout the organization
Role model the mission, vision, values of Rubicon Organics, and lead the team to exceed expectations
Manager/Supervisor level to be determined based on experience
Responsibilities:
Manages and provide direction to a Team of 2 Logistics coordinators and 2 Warehousing supervisors
Ensures the warehouse is staffed adequately, people is engaged and motivated to deliver our mission
Customer Order entry & executions - ensures all outgoing orders are picked, checked, packed and shipped in accordance to company Standard Operating Procedures;
Receives shipments, unload, organize, sort inventory into designated area, and process all related documentation
Coordinates incoming and outgoing shipments with courier for deliveries and round-trip processing;
Performs biweekly and monthly inventory counts for designated areas, targeting to achieve 100% accuracy for both biomass and consumables
Oversee/organize storage of products throughout designated areas, ensuring 100% picking and storage accuracy
Maintain sa clean, organized, safe and professional warehouse and warehouse operations at all time;
Implements Workplace Transport throughout facility
Act as 5S Champion for designated areas
Ensures that all mobile & operating equipment is in good working order and reporting any deficiencies to management immediately
Oversees/leads Health and Safety for site, including but not limited to implementation, communication and management of H&S programs. Lead and coordinate day to day safety requirements
Recommends and implement improvements to the warehouse and day to day operations
Collaborates with all employees to identify and correct potential safety and health hazards. Regularly communicates policies and procedures.

Requirements:
2+ years’ work experience in a similar role in other FMCG or Pharmaceutical companies
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail
Experience with training employees on Warehousing processes
Proven track record and past references in the warehousing management domain
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly to employees
Experience with active participation in inventory audits
Communication skills required for conveying messages
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Forklift certification or previous experience would be an asset
Successful candidate will be expected to receive a background check before beginning employment and will need a vehicle to access our Delta Facility

Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
