  • Lead launch process for new partners joining 48North contract manufacturing business
  • Develop, maintain, and execute on client relationship program that provides ongoing value to customer
  • Proactive identification and communication of the potential gaps and possible short term and long-term solutions
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with customers to establish strategic long term mutually beneficial relationships that leverage capabilities of multiple stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
  • Establish processes and reporting to help streamline the team’s operations and add value to customers. Drive accountability internally for execution timeline and deliverables
  • Business planning and forecasting as necessary to support strategic plan
  • Lead regular business meeting with various accounts including meeting preparation, POS data analysis, action plans and appropriate follow ups
  • Accountable for all sales planning and item forecasting for contract manufacturing accounts
  • Identify opportunities and build business cases that support business growth for senior leadership.
  • In conjunction with company goals, implement continuous improvement opportunities by directing and planning workflow, following management policies and procedures to meet customer expectations, business objectives and budget goals to promote the site’s long-term viability, productivity, and profitability.
  • Manage day-to-day account details internally and externally including order/shipping follow-up, quote sheets and item set-up, inventory management & requests from accounts
  • Review weekly reports, customer sales and other data as necessary. Recommend solutions and actions to achieve account plus 48North goals
  • Interacts regularly with business and extended 48North teams to support and enhance the business
  • Ad-hoc reports and projects as needed


Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving business landscape
  • Solid stakeholder management skills, both for internal and external stakeholders
  • Quick communication response times
  • Ability to manage across functions and present to leadership
  • Creative and structured problem-solver
  • Some travel will be required


Education & Qualifications                                            

  • 5-7 years previous experience; MBA preferred, but not required
  • Experience within CPG sector is considered an asset  
  • Strong financial and business acumen and the ability to create and defend a business case
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic account strategies and plans
