The Inventory Lead, using the state mandated seed to sale program (Metrc) as well as all internal tracking systems, is responsible for accurate documentation and tracking of all product inventory. In addition, the Inventory Lead manages inventory before and after packaging, testing and sales fulfillment. They will facilitate and assist with all sale transactions including being a point of contact for our company sales reps. Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain inventory regulations
Must keep inventory levels within a 5% parameter and accurately log all discrepancies
Document and enter all inventory from production kitchen into Metrc and other tracking systems
Clearly label all inventory
Log all transfers from inventory items into finished packaged sellable units
Maintain all inventory tracking systems – update every morning and evening
Scheduling testing pickups
Receiving test results and uploading to production server
Perform daily audits of physical inventory
Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
At least 2 year of directly related experience and/or training in an inventory, analyst or logistics role or environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environment. Must have strong attention to detail.
Have a basic understanding of all OLCC and Metrc compliance regarding labeling, inventory, testing, transfers and manifesting
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. METRC experience preferred.
OLCC Marijuana Worker's Permit required. Food Handler's Card a plus.
