Our company is a vertically-integrated cultivator, producer, distributor, & seller of cannabis in northern Nevada, focused in Reno in Washoe County and distributing to Las Vegas. We specialize in producing a full spectrum of premium, quality cannabis-based products. We are licensed to possess, cultivate, process, and dispense medical and adult-use cannabis throughout Nevada.


The Compliance Manager will oversee the audit team that is responsible for audits conducted at all retail and cultivation locations. The Manager of Audit Compliance is responsible for the accountability of all inventory at the wholesale and retail locations. This position will also oversee compliance training at all retail & wholesale levels.


Oversite of compliance team regionally as follows:

  • Develop and monitor logs and tracking operations for compliance
  • Execute and maintain all destruction protocols for product and documentation in adherence to state regulations
  • Direct announced and unannounced store inspections, audit and daily cycle counts
  • Develop, randomize the inspection process to ensure true compliance and adherence to company policy
  • Maintain employee roster in Metrc under the direction of Human Resources
  • Identify, Investigate and reconcile all compliance issues and report directly to the Inventory director and Retail GM for Nevada

  • One to three years of work experience in a related industry or work environment. Six months to one year of experience in inventory tracking required
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication capabilities
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility. Must be able to secure Nevada Agent Card Registration with the Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board
  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Must be 21 years of age or older, and be able to pass an extensive background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States


  • Able to use a computer for extended periods of time
  • Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment
  • Able to perform general office managerial and administrative activities
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Regular and on-time attendance
  • Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week
  • Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicles, and the like within the region and to other locations as required

Work is performed in several locations that include cannabis cultivation and production facility and dispensaries, the working area may be odorous at times and loud due to fans and filtration systems, fluctuating between cold and warm temperatures. Involves frequent contact with staff. Work may include dealing with law enforcement and occasional State inspectors.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
