The Quality Manager is responsible for the overall quality and safety of Medical Cannabis products and monitoring the processes and procedures in the medical cannabis manufacturing operation. They are required to follow set processes and ensure adherence to state regulations, SOPs, work instructions (WI), and adhere to good manufacturing practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and other product quality standards.
Reporting to the Director of Global Quality, the Sr. Quality Manager will be responsible for the Quality practices at all High Park production and manufacturing facilities. The Sr Quality Manager will ensure that the Quality Systems of the High Park sites run seamlessly and that the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams receive the managerial leadership and guidance while facilitating optimal operations, following corporate policies and optimizing changes systemically to all sites.
The Sr. Director of Cultivation is responsible for setting cultivation standards that are to be uniformly adhered to throughout all Curaleaf’s multi-state cultivation operations in the Central region, to deliver quality and innovative cannabis product strains and variety to medical and recreational cannabis patients. The Sr Director of Cultivation reports to the SVP of Cultivation.
The Director of Operations reports directly to the VP, GM of our large processing facility in Barry, IL. This high visibility role will have responsibility for the leadership and operations of manufacturing, warehouse, maintenance, facilities and quality. We are looking for a servant leader, with a deep understanding of cannabis and process improvement. This role will lead a large team of talented, diligent and effective personnel.
You will develop, establish, monitor, and maintain supplier quality lifecycle management programs, policies, processes, procedures and controls ensuring that supplier performance and quality of products conform to established standards and agency guidelines to ensure lasting customer satisfaction. In addition, this position will analyze complaint data to drive Quality data analytics to identify opportunities in product quality improvements and make data driven decisions.
Reporting to the Director, Quality Assurance – Edibles, the Quality Assurance Manager, Edible Production (West) will ensure consistent quality of edible cannabis production by enforcing appropriate Preventative Control Plans, in conjunction with existing GPP and GMP systems.
The right candidate for this position will be comfortable in building and managing a robust QA program both internally and with our commercialization partners.
